Refund and Returns Policy

At Super Tortilla Machines, we are committed to providing high-quality equipment for tortilla production. Because our machines are large industrial units that are shipped internationally (often weighing over 1,300 lb), returns can be complex and costly. For this reason, our primary focus is on providing technical assistance and repair support rather than physical returns.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the machine has been shipped and received by the customer.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of manufacturing defects and must be approved in writing by Super Tortilla Machines.

2. Repairs and Technical Assistance

If your machine is defective or not operating correctly upon arrival, we will:

  • Provide remote technical assistance to help diagnose and solve the issue.
  • If necessary, send replacement parts or schedule a service technician depending on your location and warranty terms.

We aim to resolve any issues promptly and ensure your equipment operates correctly.

3. Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please:

  • Report the damage to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
    We will assist you in filing a shipping claim and coordinate repairs or part replacement as needed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a return is approved by Super Tortilla Machines in writing and the returned unit is received in unused condition.
Refunds will exclude any shipping, handling, and customs costs, which are non-refundable.
