Debido a que nuestras m\u00e1quinas son grandes unidades industriales que se env\u00edan internacionalmente (a menudo pesan m\u00e1s de 1,300 lb), las devoluciones pueden ser complejas y costosas. Por esta raz\u00f3n, nuestro enfoque principal es proporcionar asistencia t\u00e9cnica y soporte de reparaci\u00f3n en lugar de devoluciones f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Devuelve<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a la naturaleza de nuestros productos, <strong>generalmente no se aceptan devoluciones<\/strong> una vez que la m\u00e1quina ha sido enviada y recibida por el cliente.<br>Podr\u00e1n considerarse excepciones <strong>s\u00f3lo en caso de defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>debe aprobarse por escrito<\/strong> por Super Tortilla Machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Reparaciones y asistencia t\u00e9cnica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si su m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 defectuosa o no funciona correctamente a su llegada, lo haremos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proporcione <strong>asistencia t\u00e9cnica a distancia<\/strong> para ayudar a diagnosticar y resolver el problema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso necesario, env\u00ede <strong>piezas de recambio<\/strong> o programe una <strong>t\u00e9cnico de servicio<\/strong> dependiendo de su ubicaci\u00f3n y de las condiciones de la garant\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro objetivo es resolver cualquier problema r\u00e1pidamente y garantizar que su equipo funcione correctamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Da\u00f1os de transporte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si su producto llega da\u00f1ado durante el env\u00edo, por favor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inf\u00f3rmenos de los da\u00f1os <strong>en un plazo de 7 d\u00edas<\/strong> de entrega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporcione <strong>fotos y una descripci\u00f3n detallada<\/strong> de la cuesti\u00f3n.<br>Le ayudaremos a presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo y coordinaremos las reparaciones o la sustituci\u00f3n de piezas seg\u00fan sea necesario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los reembolsos son <strong>s\u00f3lo se expide si se aprueba una declaraci\u00f3n<\/strong> por parte de Super Tortilla Machines por escrito y la unidad devuelta se recibe sin usar.<br>Los reembolsos no incluir\u00e1n <strong>gastos de env\u00edo, manipulaci\u00f3n y aduanas<\/strong>que no son reembolsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
