Wheat Flour Tortilla Production Process
Step 1 - Ingredients mixing - MIX100
For this step the machine used is a mixer. You put all the ingredients in it and you will get the dough.

Step 2 - Dough cutting - CUT36 and CUT200
For this step you can use two different machines
Option 1 - Manual Dough Cutter
Option 2 - Automatic Dough Cutter

Step 3 - Dough ball rounding - R200
The purpose of this step is to get perfectly round dough balls, so the tortillas get the same size and round.

Step 4 - Dough resting
To make wheat flour tortillas you need to rest the dough for around 20-30 minutes. You put the dough balls on trays and the trays in a rack. After the dough has rested it is ready for the T5000 machine.
Step 5 - Dough ball pressing and tortilla cooking - T5000, T3500, T2500
In this step you use the T5000 tortilla machine. It presses the dough to get the tortillas and cook them in its automatic grill. After the tortillas get out of the T5000 machine they are ready to eat.

Step 6 - Tortilla Cool Down - Cooler
This step will cool down the tortillas so they can be packaged. You can not package the tortillas if they are hot.
