This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new tortilla machine.
This warranty lasts for 6 months (can be extended to 1 year if setup and training service is acquired with us) after the date of purchase and machine reception.
Super Tortilla Machines will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge.
You must pay any labor charges. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered.
Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Electrical parts such as motors and electronic components are not covered under the warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty will not cover any malfunction due to installation issues.
Additionally, this warranty becomes immediately void if the machine is repaired, modified, serviced, altered, or otherwise manipulated by any third party, technician, contractor, or service provider not expressly authorized by Super Tortilla Machines.
All warranty-related repairs and services must be coordinated directly through Super Tortilla Machines to maintain warranty coverage.

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, send a message to sales@supertortillamachines.com within 30 days of purchasing with the following information:
Subject: “Warranty Registration.”
Message Body: Name, address, phone number, date of purchase, purchased item, and invoice or quote attached.

If you have any issue with your machine, you should send a message to sales@supertortillamachines.com (videos and pictures can also be sent using WhatsApp to 915-487-7575) explaining the problem and attach pictures and/or videos if possible.
Super Tortilla Machines will send any parts needed to solve the issue.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
